So it's been a while since I updated this...
Hi, I'm Katie! I am 16 years old and a hobby artist, specializing in Digital art.
I'm an active member in the FFA, 4-H and in my school's drama club, and am currently studying Veterinary Medicine through my high school but will be transferring into the art program next year.
My family owns three miniature mares (one of whom is mine!) and a miniature stallion, as well as four cats, a dog, a plethora of chickens and a few rabbits.
My art typically focuses on Equines, but has recently included Dragons and the odd human character. I don't post as often as I'd like, but I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things pretty soon. :)

Alright guys, I figure you're all due for an update on how things are going over here. Fair warning, life kinda sucks right now so this entry isn't exactly gonna be all sunshine and roses.
I actually don't remember how much I've told you all, I've been kinda absent from DA for a long time now...
A year ago (feb 2nd) my little brother passed away. It was completely unexpected and it's been hard without him here. About 6 weeks later we lost my great grandfather to cancer. College is exhausting. Between 17 credit hours and a 20-30 hour work week and extracurricular activities (equestrian team, pre-vet club, etc) I am completely tapped out. x.x
