Welsh-y boy! Sketched him up in my 3rd hour as I had already taken the exam and had *nothing* to do. Honestly I hate his head but oh well. Pretty decent, ey? 8D I'll add the link to the reference soon, my computer is threatening to kill me with all the tabs I have open already...
